WSV is wholly owned by White Sports Soccer Ventures, LLC (WSSV), a Pennsylvania limited liability company. WSV and its subsidiaries aim to build value in the soccer ecosystem through strategic ownership and oversight. WSV is not a venture capital firm, registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner, and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. Securities Law Compliance

WSV does not offer, sell, or solicit investments in securities through this website. All content is informational and does not constitute an offer or recommendation to buy or sell securities. WSV's subsidiaries may facilitate investment opportunities, offered solely to accredited investors (per Rule 501 of Regulation D, 17 CFR 230.501) through private placements compliant with the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and state laws.

WSV's subsidiaries manage active operations, such as sourcing soccer opportunities. Some subsidiaries engage independent consultants to facilitate partnerships. These consultants are not employees or agents of WSV and are solely responsible for complying with laws, including broker-dealer registration under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, where applicable. WSV and its subsidiaries protect your information per Pennsylvania law (73 P.S. § 2301 et seq.).

Sharing: Data is not sold or shared, except as required by law or with consent.

Security: SSL encryption and access controls are used, though no system is fully secure.

Service providers: Your data is handled by these services under their own privacy policies: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivery of contact-form emails), Neon (the database that stores contact-form entries), Amazon Web Services (the newsletter subscription service), Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA, after consent), and Sentry (error monitoring).
